On a Mission to Help Balance

 

As women in today's society, it can be a challenge to take time to care for our physical and mental well-being while juggling our hectic schedules. We all know that in order to care for others we must first care for ourselves; only many times, there just does not seem to be enough hours in the day. Although there is no way to increase the hours in our day, there is a way to take time for ourselves without stopping the spin of the universe around us. 

 

Our vision is personal training where it is convenient for you; at your home, local park, or nearby training facility. Our vision is to take advantage of this technological age and let the dishwasher take care of the dishes while you take care of you. After all, if you do not take care of yourself, who will? 

 

 

Keeping It Fun

 

Our workouts are distinctive by the diversity of exercises and focus on functional application. These workouts are inspired by all types of activities. We combine aspects of weight-lifting, calisthenics, plyometrics, isometrics, circuit training, martial arts conditioning, track and field drills, pilates, yoga, and even gymnastics to create dynamic workouts tailored directly to our client’s needs.  

 

We believe that everyone can find living a healthy lifestyle enjoyable. It is the reason our workouts are so diverse because we trust that through self-discovery, everyone can learn to love and appreciate the uniqueness of their bodies. Our goal is to guide our clients to a new self-awareness to better health, fitness, and overall wellbeing.

Just for Women Fitness is backed by a whole lot more than just a personal training certification. Education is the basis for our effective work-outs that get our clients the results they want. We always stay up to date on the latest fitness discoveries by continuing our education through workshops and seminars. Below is a list of the degrees and certifications that support our remarkable and unique work-outs. 

 

  • BS Degree – Kinesiology (May 2015)

  • AAAI/ISMA Certified Personal Trainer

  • Savate Green Glove 2nd degree (French Kickboxing)

  • Muay Thai Level 1

  • JKD/Kali Level 1

  • CPR/AED Certified
