Gina has educated me, helped me develop independence, and empowered me in the area of personal fitness. Gina is a well qualified, highly capable personal trainer. I have been working with Gina twice weekly for several months now and I truly enjoy the workouts and the results of her training. I have found Gina to be prompt, consistent, extremely well organized and a strong and positive motivator. Her well-structured workouts are challenging, have a great variery and have always left me feeling proud of my efforts. Gina is an encouraging trainer but she does not give false praise. Her workouts are hard and she has expectations that I feel obligated to meet - pushing myself along the way. Invariably, Gina will introduce every new routine by explaining how the workout will train the specific body part, and then demonstrate the routine for me, She provides gentle critiques of my efforts, to reinforce proper form and style. Gina is knowledgeable of physiology and does an excellent job explaining how proper form can generate best effect. I have found Gina to be very caring, understanding, and very capable of training others. I am a single mom and have very little time to train. Gina has written me smaller sets of exercises that I can complete in 30 minutes. She is very knowledgeable and has shown me a variety of exercises for the different muscle areas. This is not always easy since I have a previous knee injury. Gina is very mindful of this during our sessions, and often inquires how I am doing while performing the exercise. She is very understanding if I tell her we need to stop because of my knee, and then she changes the exercise to get similar results, just not as much stress on the knee. Gina has been very helpful to me in my training and my goal to reduce my weight and blood pressure and I am glad I have the opportunity to train with her. - Karen B.

Gina has been my personal trainer for the past year. I have really appreciated her patience, flexibility, and encouragement throughout all of my workouts. Through Gina I was able to learn the proper way to use the equipment and build a routine that focused on certain body parts. She also provided me with invaluable advice on nutrition, and helped me to develop a healthy diet that improved my overall energy during the day. She is constantly "changing up" the routine, which makes my sessions seem more like working out with a friend, than a hired trainer. I have never felt such pain :) nor felt so strong. Gina is an excellent trainer. She is reliable, energetic, and smart. She pushes me but is careful that I don't get hurt. Gina is star trainer, an angel of fitness in a very professional way. I knew after the first session I had the cream of the crop. I was very impressed by her knowledge, patience, and humble demeaner.
