Just for Women Fitness provides you with everything you need to meet your health and fitness goals. 

Personal Training

 

We offer both 30 minute and 60 minute training sessions for individual, partner, or group clients. Our workouts are tailored to fit our clients' needs and can include aspects of strength training and conditioning, stabilization and core training, cardiovascular training, balance and flexibility training, and even kickboxing.

 

Our workouts are so diverse that we can promise that you will never do the same work-out twice. We are continually learning and creating new exercises developed from scientific findings and sport development.

 

On top of our great work-outs, we track your progress so you can see your results in more than just your wardrobe. Every month we take your weight and measurements and record them in your fitness folder.

Nutrition Planning 

 

Exercise is only half of the battle. Nutrition plays a huge role in how your body responds to the stressors you place on it. In the whirl-wind of diet fads we live in, it can be difficult to determine what is healthy and effective and what is not.

 

Our nutrition plans go further than just a diet. We work with you to develop a healthy eatting plan that works for your lifestyle. Our plans offer options and give the ability to choose the foods that you eat.
